Preferred Powersports LLC provides powersports repair and diagnostic services based on inspection, testing, and professional judgment at the time of service.

Diagnostics and Repairs

• Diagnostics are performed based on accessible components and observable conditions.
• Not all issues can be identified during an initial inspection.
• Additional issues may be discovered during repair.

Parts and Warranty

• Customer supplied parts are accepted at the customer’s risk.
• Preferred Powersports LLC is not responsible for defects, fitment issues, or failures related to customer supplied parts.
• All parts warranties are manufacturer based only.
• No labor warranty is implied unless explicitly stated in writing.

Machine Condition

• We are not responsible for pre existing damage, wear, or failure of unrelated components.
• Older or high use machines may present unforeseen issues.

Testing

Machines are tested on site only. No off site or recreational test riding is performed.
